At Association Success, Meena Dayak of the Associations Catalyzing Entrepreneurship (ACE) group shares strategic planning insights from ACE’s last meeting. They debated whether strategic planning can counter the lack of entrepreneurship inherent in most associations and dispelled four common misgivings about all phases of strategic planning.
How do you make your association a habit? MemberSuite recommends having a member portal where members can find everything they want and need in one place. They also suggest how to ensure your member portal meets and exceeds user expectations.
We’re all familiar with the project approach to a website redesign. How well we do it is another issue. But, since a website is never truly finished, Gordon Withers at Fíonta explains why a product approach to a website is better and how you can prepare your association for this more effective methodology.
